Special Note Concerning
Iron Prices: Sad Irons / Pressing Irons Prices are evolving: After 20 years of steady increases in values,
which culminated in a bubble burst, iron prices have now settled back to levels of the past.
Prices seen reflect actual recent sale results from this website or a general price that is more in line w/ today's market. Irons
pictured without prices represent earlier sales whose sale results are outdated and do not accurately reflect current market values.
Ebay results closely reflect current market values for many sad irons. Check eBay completed / SOLD results to see current values for
many antique irons.

"The Centennial" Flat Iron Heater
This is great design and has a great look. Basically it is a frying
pan with a mechanical lid to hold one iron on the stove top to get it heated up
and ready to go. The idea was that you would remove one of the stove
top lids so you could set the heater down into the stove and flush with the
top. It is a bit rusty and corroded, but all the writing
and patent info on the top is readable. The front is open. I have
seen them like this or closed. Different & rare!!

Bronze Stove
Pipe Trivet / Iron Heater This is
a great piece. These are usually found in iron and this is the first
bronze version I have ever seen. Clamp it onto a stovepipe to display your irons, dry
your mittens, or let your bread dough rise. When not in use the
trivets fold down out of the way. Special!!
